Appointments are client-led, so feel free to chat as much or as little as you like. You are more than welcome to have a silent appointment if you’d prefer to have some time to yourself, get some work done, or if you’re just not in the mood to chat.
Most importantly, I want you to leave the salon loving your hair and feeling amazing. That’s why at every appointment you will receive a thorough consultation so that I can understand your hair goals, and a detailed service tailored specifically to you and your hair.

Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is not an extra charge and will be applied towards the total cost of your service.
I understand that sometimes life can present unexpected changes in plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time or do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
